Driver Errors.

The purpose of this scenario, was to address issues with van driver parking for a large UK Supermarket. It was part of a wider training program that equips learners with practical skills through real-world scenarios. By exploring the consequences of poor parking choices, this module helped drivers make informed decisions faced by the most complained about parking situations.

New Start Readiness.

I was tasked with streamlining the onboarding process for new travel insurance representatives. Through action mapping workshops, I pinpointed the crucial knowledge areas.  Leveraging these insights, I designed and delivered a number of training modules designed to support the company trainers. This resulted in a significant 15% increase in the pass rate for the onboarding assessment, allowing new hires to become productive members of the team two weeks earlier.

Licensing Laws.

This project involved creating a course for learners to enable them to sell alcohol legally. The Scottish Licensing Board had already established the curriculum, so I focused on making the pre-determined content more engaging.

For this section, I swapped out text and images with a compelling story. This approach aimed to make the consequences of non-compliance easier to embed within the learner.
